- Application and Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and rentals of tours, including archipelago tours, fishing tours, private tours, and boat rentals, offered by Väderö Fisk Kommanditbolag 916564-8610. By making a booking or rental, the customer accepts these conditions. - Booking and Payment
Bookings for tours and rentals can be made via the company's website, email, phone, or in person. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment is accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or direct payment on site. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made without charge up to 7 days before the scheduled start. For cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled date, 25% of the total booking value will be charged. Cancellations less than 6 days before will be charged 50% of the cost. Cancellations less than 48 hours before will be charged 100% of the cost. - Conduct of Tours and Rentals
All tours and rentals are dependent on weather and other safety conditions. The company reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule at short notice. In case of cancellation by the company, the customer will be offered either rescheduling to another date or a full refund. - Safety and Participant Responsibility
It is mandatory for all participants to follow the safety instructions given by the guide or other staff. Participants should inform the staff of any medical conditions or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely. Children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- Insurance and Liability Limitation
The company has liability insurance covering accidents and injuries according to applicable industry standards. The company is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the activity. - Complaints and Feedback
Any complaints or feedback should be directed to the company's customer service no later than 7 days after the end of the activity. - Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms is always available on the company's website. - Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall primarily be resolved amicably between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it shall be settled according to Swedish law in a Swedish court.
